A few years ago I took a bad wipeout surfing JAWS. I ended up with a torn pectoral muscle and shoulder pain. Have visited many practitioners over the course of some five decades and Doctor Ross is THE Best – just magical. Have become something of a poster-child for the “If I’d known I’d live this long, would’ve taken better care of myself” contingent. Was reasonably diligent re: diet, exercise, etc. but have been involved in several (some might say ‘numerous’) kinetic misadventures.
